Office of Imam (OOI) serves to provide religious services, ritually and intellectually, so as to guide the Muslim community towards living their life in line with the Islamic principles. This includes assisting them to be adaptable particularly to the Singapore’s fast-paced context that owns a multicultural, multiracial and multireligious heritage. Objectively, OOI is committed to rendering spiritual support to the Muslim community to coexist with others in harmony with religious resilience and confidence.

Along with other departments, OOI ensures the daily prayers are observed by congregants with comfort and tranquility. Currently, it provides weekly, monthly, seasonal and occasional programmes and services for the benefits of the community such as:

• Weekly Kuliahs
• Yasin, Tahlil & Doa Selamat on Thursday evenings (Malam Jumaat)
• Quranic classes
• Structured Islamic Learning e.g. Adult Islamic Learning (ADIL)
• Tahnik and Tahliq services for newborns
