Office of Imam (OOI)
Dakwah Unit serves to provide religious services, ritually and intellectually, to guide Muslims towards life in line with the Shariah in order to achieve ultimate happiness in the hereafter. This includes assisting Muslims in having an adaptive livelihood particularly in the Singapore context of multi-racial and -religious environment so as to live in harmony with resilience and confidence in this world.
The unit provides weekly, monthly and seasonal programmes and services befitting the needs of the community such as Kuliah Maghrib, Kuliah Dhuha, Kuliah Subuh, Tazkirah Zohor and Malam Jumaat ritual programme i.e. Yasin, Tahlil & Doa Selamat. It is also responsible to ensure daily prayers are observed by congregants with comfort and tranquility.
Al-Ansar Mosque Youth Unit organizes various programs and activities that are youth-friendly, aiming to enhance the spiritual, religious knowledge and Islamic youth leadership development within themselves.
Social Development Unit seeks to assist Muslim families in need residing in Bedok North and Chai Chee mainly to be recipients of Zakat upon their application. Various support programmes created for them especially for spiritual development to be more religiously resilient in the trying times.
